Lost/Delayed Packages
-If your order says delivered and it's not, please contact your local USPS. They will be able to do a GPS track to see where the package(s) were left.
-If your package is stuck in-transit for a long period of time, please email us - candlecabanany@gmail.com with your order number and I can file a claim with USPS.
-Candle Cabana is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked delivered by USPS.
-Refunds will not be given for USPS shipping delays as this is completely out of our control.
Damaged Items
-If an item arrives damaged please contact us immediately - candlecabanany@gmail.com with a photo of the damage. You must send us proof of the damage to move forward the situation.
Orders Returned to Sender
-Please verify that your shipping address is correct before placing an order. If the order has been entered with an incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for additional postage required to re-send the order.
-The buyer is also responsible for postage to re-send packages that have been returned to us for any reason.
